Your satisfaction is our success ! We strive to provide our customer with highest level of possible service. All products carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.

Contact customer services to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA. Please do not ship any product until your RMA is approved.

Exchange Privileges

1. Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery must be made within the next delivery date. Just call our costumer service for the approval and instruction.
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA. form will be sent to you once the return is authorized. The form is to be attached with goods together with a copy of our delivery invoice and any other relevant correspondence.
3. Product must be in original packaging.
4. Unless defective, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
